How can I find out when my product will be delivered?

All our products will be delivered within the timeframes stated when you ordered, unless we contact you to let you know otherwise. If it is before your expected delivery date and you haven’t heard from us, please don’t contact us as we won’t be able to give you delivery date. As soon as your product is available, we will contact you to arrange a suitable time for delivery.

Do you sell used or refurbished products?

No, we do not offer used or refurbished products. We stock a limited number of clearance chairs and beds, and if you interested in these, please give us a call.

What will happen during my appointment?

Your expert consultant will bring a demo chair or bed with them that you can try out in the comfort of your own home. They’ll guide you through all the options available, taking the time to show you the fabrics and accessories that we offer. After taking your measurements, they will be able to recommend the perfect size for you. Once you have made all your choices, your consultant will leave you with a custom quote that you can consider in your own time.

Do you sell fitted sheets for adjustable beds?

I cancelled or returned a product and am waiting for a refund. How long will it take for the refund to be processed?

All refunds a processed with 14 working days upon cancellation or receipt of returned item(s). If this time has elapsed since you requested a cancellation or refund, please call our customer service team direct on 0800 073 0063.
