I’ve been with Oak Tree Mobility for two and a half years and wouldn’t want to work with anyone else now. What I love most about the role is visiting customers in their own homes and tailoring a solution to each individual situation. Listening to people’s needs in their own words and being able to choose from a wide range of products and services to match gives me a lot of satisfaction, as I can make sure that whatever we supply will make the maximum difference to health, safety and comfort. I have previously worked in a hospital setting, so have an understanding of how our chairs and beds can assist with a range of conditions, as well as helping to prevent our customers needing further treatment. I’ve also witnessed the difference made to my own father who relied on his chair as he recovered from a stroke brought on following his diabetes.
