I have been with Oak Tree Mobility since 2015. I began in Customer Service and spent 2 years working my way up to a Customer Experience team leader role before transitioning into working as a Mobility Consultant in the field. During that time, I have won many awards and accolades, including top advisor and therapy specialist.
My time in the office gave me a great understanding of internal processes and how the machine works in terms of a customer's journey - from home appointment all the way until the delivery date. I have seen lots of change in this time, but our customers best interests remain at the core of what we do and this is something that has never changed. This is the main reason I still work for Oak Tree.
