But we don’t sell chairs directly from our website; as our furniture is made to fit we set up consultations in order to help you choose the perfect chair for your needs. As you’ll see when you visit the chairs section on our website, the first step is to order your free brochure to browse our range of rise and recline chairs. You’ll see that the chairs are available to order with a huge choice of different fabrics and leather, so you’re bound to find one that matches your style. You can then arrange a free, no-obligation consultation.
Book your home visit
Next one of our friendly advisers will visit you to let you try one of our sample chairs, in the comfort of your own home. You’ll get to learn about the different functions of our chairs, and decide which motor option best suits your needs. Our consultant will then take all of the necessary measurements to ensure that the chair you order is the perfect fit. Finally you’ll get to choose from a wide range of luxurious fabric samples, and helpful chair accessories such as head cushions, castors and reading lights to get the ideal set up.
Delivery of your new chair
Once your chair is ready our helpful installation team will deliver it to you, set it up in your preferred room and give you a thorough run through of all of the controls, so that you are left confident and happy with your new purchase. The delivery team can also take away any old furniture for you, and give you £250 off with our unique trade-in offer. We are proud to say that we donate all the furniture that we collect to the British Heart Foundation, which so far has helped to raise over £33,000 for them.
