Why are there no prices on your website?

Every product we make is different, built for the specific needs of its user. No two pieces of furniture are the same: our choices of styles, fabrics, sizes, and accessories add up to make an almost limitless number of combinations. Because of that, it is impossible for us to say how much a chair, bed, or stairlift will cost until we know exactly what you want. That is why we strongly recommend booking a no-obligation appointment with one of our home consultants, who can help you choose something that perfectly meets your needs and leave you with a price based on all your choices. There will be no pressure, and you will be left to consider the quote in your own time.

Can I try an Oak Tree product before I buy?

Yes. If you would like to like to try out a chair or bed, simply let us know and we will book you a home appointment with one of our mobility experts. In fact, we are so confident that you will love our products, we actively encourage you to book an appointment to see them for yourself.

What will happen during my appointment?

When our consultant arrives, he or she will produce a demo chair or bed that you can try out in the comfort of your own home. Our consultant will guide you through all the options available, taking the time to show you the fabrics and accessories that we offer. We will take your measurements and help you select a product that is the perfect size for you. Once you have made all your choices, our consultant will leave you with a custom quote that you can consider in your own time.

Where are your products made?

Our chairs and beds are handmade here in Britain, and our stairlifts are all manufactured in Continental Europe.

Are your products eligible for VAT exemption?

Yes. As our products can help with disability and illness, you will be able to buy them without paying VAT providing you meet the requirements set out by HMRC. For more information, please see our [VAT exemption page].

How does furniture delivery and installation work?

We offer a two-man white-glove delivery and installation service included in the price of all our chairs and beds. When the delivery team arrives, they will ask you where you would like your furniture to be placed. They will bring your chair or bed into your home, unwrap it, and remove all the packaging. Once it is set up, they will help you familiarise yourself with the how it works and take you through using the controls until you are completely happy.

The high-quality service that we have built our reputation on continues long after you receive your chair, bed, or stairlift. We have an experienced and dedicated team, who are here to answer any questions you might have. If you have any queries, simply give us a call and let us know. Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. Every product we sell comes with at least a one-year warranty. Most products come with a two-year warranty, and all chair and bed warranties are fully extendable up to a lifetime warranty.
