What would I be doing at Oak Tree Mobility?....

Working within our customer service office, our Customer Service agents play a fundamental role in the business, being the first port of call to our existing customers. Your day-to-day role would include:

  • Working in the customer service office as part of the customer service team
  • Receiving inbound calls and making outbound to existing customers
  • Building rapport with customers
  • Liaising with key stakeholders and suppliers
  • Booking engineer appointments

Hours: Monday-Friday 9 00am - 5 00pm. You must be prepared to work 1 in 3 Saturdays for which you receive a day in lieu during that week.

Salary: The basic salary is £21,000. 4 weekly bonus scheme in place.
